As the winter holiday season approaches, gathering together becomes a focus of both joy and distress for many. This presentation will discuss the impact of connection on depression and anxiety as well as the differences between loneliness and being alone. Providers will be equipped to discuss these concepts with their patients as well as select interventions that may be helpful.
