Carla J. Potts is the public relations manager for Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has been a professional communicator and writer in the education and health care sector for nearly 25 years. She has made it her personal and professional mission to help breathe life into others' stories and put a spotlight on the importance of mental health. A lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts, she resides with her husband, Jason; daughter Caitlin; two rescued black labs, and a judgmental cat.
