Katie Kittredge

Katie is a current college student in Texas, double majoring in Psychology and Religion, and is pursuing her Masters of Arts in Teaching. When she was a teenager, she was a patient at ERC Dallas. Going through treatment at a young age, she has a unique perspective on recovery. She is passionate about talking to teenagers and parents about eating disorders, body image, relapse, and how to have a healthy relationship with food. She has seen the Lord make beauty from ashes in her life, and wants to share the hope that she has with others.
