Mackenzie Carmichael

Mackenzie Carmichael is currently a Brand Supervisor at TRG, the largest independently-owned branding and full-service advertising agency in the country. Mackenzie graduated from Texas Christian University with her BS degree in Marketing and BSN degree in Nutrition. Her passion for health and wellness was inspired by her personal experience with anorexia and orthorexia nervosa from the ages of 11-26. After going through the entire treatment process at ERC from Residential to Virtual Out Patient Program, Mackenzie has sustained full recovery and has regained her life and happiness. Now, healthier and stronger than ever, Mackenzie is here to share her personal health journey as a story of hope and encouragement to those who need to hear it. Aside from being a native Texan and living in the DFW metroplex for 10 years during college and into the start of her professional career, Mackenzie was raised in the Chicago area where she now lives - she’s a city girl at heart!
