Founded in 2009, Eating Disorder Center in San Antonio (EDCASA) partnered with Pathlight in 2013 to serve individuals living with mood and anxiety disorders.

In 2014, Pathlight San Antonio relocated to the historical Quarry Market neighborhood to upgrade and expand spaces for Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. With the creation of a dedicated therapeutic space for programming, our San Antonio location provides a peaceful recovery environment overlooking beautiful golf course views for patients on the journey toward lasting wellness.

Our specialized treatment programs provide comprehensive support to adolescents, teens and adults of all genders, ages 12 and up. Compassionate experts—including psychiatrists, internal and family practice physicians, mental health therapists, and nurses—collaborate with patients and families to address mental health concerns and restore healthy lives and relationships.

Enjoy flexibility with 3-day & 5-day programs

Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center, San Antonio offers a 3-day-per-week intensive outpatient program (IOP) and a 5-day-per-week partial hospitalization program (PHP) to help you find treatment that fits your lifestyle. All of our therapists are trained in evidence-based therapy treatments shown to be most effective at helping you address symptoms of anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and trauma-related issues.

For our out-of-town patients and families, we offer free concierge services. Our admissions team is available to assist you with a wide variety of needs before and during treatment, including travel arrangements, booking accommodations and help locating local services, such as shopping, dining and much more.

Pathlight San Antonio is conveniently located in the Quarry Market neighborhood of San Antonio and provides a peaceful recovery environment for patients and families. To help patients and their loved ones focus on treatment and not on the logistics of daily travel, Pathlight San Antonio offers apartments near the treatment center. Apartments are available to female and male adults who would otherwise need to travel long distances for treatment, as well as those patients that prefer a peer-supported living environment near the treatment center. Apartments are fully furnished to create a comfortable, home-like atmosphere in which patients can relax, unwind and practice recovery skills following the structured treatment day..
