In reviewing 55 companies, Verywell Mind named Eating Recovery At Home as the best overall online eating disorder therapy of 2023. Surveying 105 users from each company, analyzing 350 data points, and evaluating results with a team of therapists, the panel noted that Eating Recovery Center “has the capability to support people at different stages in their recovery journey.” Moreover, its virtual intensive outpatient program is covered by most insurance plans, enabling more people to access critical care for eating disorders.
